How My Tanker works

How My Tanker works

Four steps from intent to delivered water — with a regulated supplier on every step.

  1. 1 · Order in the app

Choose tanker capacity (3,200 / 5,000 / 8,000 / 10,000 gal) and water type (potable, domestic, industrial, agricultural). The app shows the final price before you pay.

  2. 2 · Auto-dispatch

The platform matches your order to the nearest available driver whose truck is the right capacity, certified for your water type, and currently active.

  3. 3 · Loaded at a verified source

The driver loads at an MEW-authorised filling station and captures the water source code on the tanker for traceability.

  4. 4 · Delivered with proof

On arrival you provide a one-time code from the app. The driver captures a delivery photo. You receive a digital receipt and VAT-ready invoice.

Behind the scenes

Behind the scenes

Dispatch logic, document expiry tracking, and source traceability run in the background so customers and drivers don't have to think about them.

Capacity match + water-type match + active-truck filter — every dispatch.

Documents (Civil ID, license, fitness, insurance, MEW permit) tracked with 14/7/0-day expiry warnings.

PCI-DSS via licensed gateway — no card data stored on My Tanker.

Data hosted in GCC region (AWS me-south-1, Bahrain) for residency and low latency.
